Overview
At Wasatch BioLabs, we are committed to providing high-quality research products. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Returns
We do not accept returns on any products once they have been shipped. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance.
In limited cases, returns may be considered only if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition
- The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Prior written authorization has been granted by Wasatch BioLabs
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or compromised
- Your order was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
Wasatch BioLabs is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
All products sold by Wasatch BioLabs are non-returnable due to their intended use for research and laboratory purposes.
